I ordered luvbella on the 1st november 2017.said I would receive tracking number but never did. sent at least 30 emails no reply .scandalous .I bought 1 from entertainer for my grandaughter.kosmik.shop online disgusting.

I ordered a Luvabella doll from them as they had them at £15 cheaper than anyone else. But after purchasing a doll and paying for it and the postage I didn’t receive the items I purchased I emailed and text their sight so many times it was unreal but got no reply what so ever. So I ended up losing £120 of my granddaughters money that she’d been saving 2 years for. As my gran daughter has special needs we thought this doll was ideal as u have to teach the doll to talk and this would be ideal as my granddaughter can’t talk very well and is disabled but her face used to light up every time she saw these dolls advertised on the TV. This company conned an inisant disabled child out of money she’d been saving for 2yrs to buy this doll. So to me their lower than low.

My husband and I ordered a luvabella doll each for our grand children from the Kosmikshop on shopify. got a receipt as soon as we paid and then an email saying items sent you will receive tracking details soon, despite emailing and using there contact forms multiple times i never received a response from them or the tracking details or items . I have reported this to my bank and to the online fraud departments in UK and USA , have been looking for places online to post and warn people not to buy, the site looks very professional. but you wont get your items or a refund.

just had this happen to me. order the doll 3 weeks ago no contact number just an email that i never get a response from!!

the one time i dont read the reviews this happens.

thank gosh target had one in time for christmas. filed a dispute with the bank hopefully we all get our money back

Do not buy from this company, it is a fraud. I have the same experience as others where payment was taken promptly and thereafter no delivery of the doll. The email regarding tracking number came but with no tracker or details. No email response nor contact Buy at your peril. The dolls are now back in smiths/argos and available My Husborn, also brought a doll for our daughter for 5th birthday, in October, we both have been chasing by emails continually since early November until to date, we paid $99 so as you can imagine, we are very upset.no tracking number was received or delivery, total avoidance of emails and there is no contact numbers for them. do not purchase anything from this company and contact your banks to see if they can try to recall the funds and fraudulent payment. worse thing they now have these dolls in toyrus. Hopefully what goes around comes around.Totally upset. Reason of review: Problem with delivery. Preferred solution: Full refund.

As with everyone else, I ordered luvabella doll for $95 they also took money quickly on 10/25/17 and have never received order, they emailed gave an order number but never a tracking continuess emails to them and messages no response so was lucky enough to find one before Christmas they are nothing but a fraud what's the worst is they are hurting our children

I ordered a luvabella doll for my daughter. No sign of it and it was ordered in late September.

No answers to e mails and no telephone number. Keep away from this scamming site, I’ve learnt my lesson.

I placed an order on October 20 for. The order was paid for. I have attempted to contact them weekly and still have received no response as to when I will be receiving my order. It has now been over 45 days since I placed my order and have not been able to get any information. Completely unacceptable!

Bought 2 lovabella dolls. Placed order 23/11/2017. Still not received them but money was taken from my account straight away.. sent an email and contact message daily but no response... disgusting that this is happening.. when I placed the order there was definitely a padlock in address bar and good reviews and now all this.. this company has stolen £200 from me and deprived my grand daughters of a Christmas gift

I placed a order on 11/24/17. It was for a luvabella doll. They took my money very quick and I still haven't received the doll. My daughter was very sad to not have it under the Christmas tree. I emailed this company several times and still nothing. This company is a joke and I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again. At this point I dont want the doll, I just want my money back. Stay away from this shaddy company.

I ordered a doll for my special needs granddaughter and same heat took my money quick enough but as you can imagine we got NO doll and no reply to our emails or the contact email our solicitor sent either. And now the website has shut down so lost £120 of my granddaughter’s hard saved money.
